Description

You will contribute to proposal development, reporting and awards management, participating in the planning, budgeting and project reporting processes. You will support MOUs revisions and partner agreements, Due Diligence processes in coordination with the Business Development Specialist related to new proposals. You will contribute to the mission's risk management linked to the implemented projects and participate in the mission's risk diagnosis and analysis tools, and in the verification and guidance of the compliance.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

We cover your accommodation, travel, visa, medical checkup and vaccinations costs, and you will be provided with monthly pocket money for your free time and personal hygiene. During the deployment you will be provided with a laptop and phone of the organization to ensure the means to carry out the activities. In case of belonging to one of the Fewer Opportunities categories (please, check the details with the organization) additional inclusion measures and benefits will be applied.

Training during the activity

During the deployment you will have access to the full catalog of training courses offered on ACF Virtual Campus and will have the opportunity to benefit from additional external courses.

Participant profile

You have a degree in Business Administration, Project Management or relevant studies. A master’s degree in cooperation and development or humanitarian aid, monitoring and evaluation or economic and social sciences studies is an asset. You are proficient in written and spoken Spanish and upper-intermediate (B2) written and spoken English. You have excellent writing and communication skills. Motivation, and good communication and interpersonal skills. Prior work experience in related subjects and volunteering will be valued. Eligibility : Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old, reside in one of the eligible countries (EU Member State, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Turkey), have completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training and not have participated before in individual Humanitarian Aid Volunteering. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
