Lääne-Harju Kultuuri ja Noortekeskus is a public youth center located in the north-western part of Estonia. The organisation coordinates the work of seven youth rooms based in different small towns. Local young people aged 7-26 are welcome to join wide range of leisure activities organised by the permanent staff. The volunteers will be assisting a team of youth workers in daily activities of the centers in various locations giving a chance to see many places including beatiful nature and meet people around Lääne-Harju county. The youth worker provide task related support and guidance to the volunteers. Developing ideas and taking initiative is encouraged and fostered. Lääne-Harju Kultuuri ja Noortekeskus is open to host inernational volunteers who would become part of their community. Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
The volunteers will be housed in a shared flat in a small town in Keila which is located near Tallinn. All the necessities are provided in the apartment. There is a frequent bus and train connection between villages in the area as well with the capital. Volunteers will receive a monthly Pocket Money of 5€ per day for personal expenses and Food Allowance of 200€ per month, managing their own meal planning and preparation. International travel is reimbursed based on set travel budget and task related local transport is covered to full extent.

Lääne-Harju Kultuuri ja Noortekeskus employs a team of committed and professional youth workers who are willing to support the personal development of the volunteers during their stay with whatever is necessary. It is possible to provide emotional support, coaching and help with adjusting and designing the ESC experience. The volunteers will be part of ESC training cycle organised by Estonian National agency focusing on personal development and intercultural learning.
