Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Accommodation, meals, and all logistical arrangements are the responsibility of the coordinating and hosting organizations. These will be provided in a way that ensures the volunteer has a positive and enriching experience throughout the project.

From the NA: On arrival and mid term training From the Portuguese Red Cross: National Networking: Meet other Red Cross volunteers across Portugal during two inspiring training sessions. Inter-Delegation Project: Collaborate with your group to create and implement a project in a delegation of your choice.
Profil uczestnika
We are looking for motivated and open-minded individuals who are eager to make a difference while growing personally and professionally. Ideal Candidate: Aged 18–30. Interested in social work, community development, or working with vulnerable groups. Open to cultural exchange and collaborative teamwork. Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges. Committed to the values of inclusion, equality, and respect. Skills and Attitude: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable to different environments and tasks. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
