Opis
The ESC volunteering will take place in Germany. Volunteers will engage with young people and experience intercultural exchanges in a dynamic environment. The project will highlight the opportunities Europe offers in areas such as Justice, Equality, Democracy, Education, Youth, and Sports through the Erasmus + program. Volunteers will develop their skills by participating in office tasks within the association. This involvement will enhance interpersonal and language skills, fostering social change. Working in the Youth Club, volunteers will acquire new knowledge and skills in education. Specifically, they will gain a deeper understanding of the role of informal education and its methodologies in the personal and professional development of young people. They will also develop new tools for designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions in the socio-educational field.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Accommodation, meals and transportation will be covered by the host organization within the framework of the program rules. Airfare and pocket money will be covered according to the program rules.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Volunteers will be introduced to the basic esc solidarity program and trained in preparation before departure. During the volunteering period, the host organization will provide basic information about European culture and region-specific cultural trainings.
Profil uczestnika
Social Awareness and Interest: A desire to effect positive change in society and an interest in working with young people. Sensitivity to social issues and awareness of various societal topics are important. Intercultural Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. This will be crucial in interacting with youth from diverse cultures and other volunteers. *To be within the age range specified for the Esc program (18-30)*
