The hosting organization of the ESC in Spain will be the Town Hall of Ribadavia, however within this project is implicated the cooperation with other institutions and organizations from Ribadavia. The Town Hall of Ribadavia is linked to local associations, and the volunteers – together with the full-time staff of the Youth Information Centre (OMIX) – will work together with these associations, and with the Cultural House, Social Services, Enviromental area and Tourist Information Office of the Municipality of Ribadavia. The volunteers will have the opportunity to cooperate in local activities for youth (podcast, ecogarden, artistic activities), events that take place in Ribadavia and help in European project in the frame of Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and other european programmes. We are now specifically looking for voluteers interested into learn and cooperate supporting and cerating things as a team.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
Volunteers will receive the quantity of 180 € for "Poket money" and 180 of Volunteer "Allowance" / month ( will be given to the volunteers at the beginning of each month) in order to take charge of their boarding on their own. In this way they have the possibility to buy what they need and to prepare their food just as they like. The ESC volunteer will live in a flat in Ribadavia in their own single room and will be sharing the flat with other volunteers. The flat has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. Furthermore all items necessary for living are provided
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
Before the volunteers arrive to Ribadavia, we will send them information about Ribadavia, the association, their life like volunteers in Ribadavia,Galicia and in Spain. The volunteers will work under the supervision of a professional and other volunteers of the association and also will have at least one tutor for personal support. They will have Spanish courses and access to the services that the Town Hall offers (gym, swimming pool).The volunteer will work 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday and has 24 days of holiday.

• We are looking for creative and motivated people and also interested in working with young people, other associations, in European and local projects. Willing and open to the abilities of the other volunteers, interested in experiencing non formal education and working in a multicultural environment. The idea is to learn from each other always with the help of the activity supervisor. We are now specifically looking for voluteers interested into learn and cooperate supporting and cerating things as a team: Profile 1: Audiovisual: • Podcast creation, recording and editing • Photography and video creation • Communication & promotion on Social Media and Website management (Wordpress) • Help with the technical part of events and activities Profile 2: Sustentability and permaculture • Workshops in the garden and related to circular economy, upcycling, eco friendly activities,... • Taking care of the green/sustainable part of festivals, projects and activities. • Sharing tips and raising awareness for sustainability through (social) media Profile 3: Arts and culture • Art and creativity workshops for youth • Creating/participating in activities related to music, theater, creative writing, crafting, painting, streetart,... • Being involved in the decorative/artistic part of festivals, projects and activities Profile 4: Europe, local development and active participation • Support in Erasmus + projects in the Youth frame • Support European Solidarity Corps projects • Other Eu programmes (CERV or Creative Europe)
