Opis
ESN Italy is looking for an Admin Assistant starting from September 2025. This person will support the Secretariat in the projects’ implementation and the Secretary in mailing list management and admin-related tasks.
Profil uczestnika
Volunteer profile Admin assistant ● Fluent in written and spoken English. A bases of Italian is an asset; ● Experience in Project Proposal Writing and in Project Management; ● Experience in event and training organization; ● Familiar with the concepts of Social Media; ● Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ● Proactive and capacity in problem solving; ● Structured and reliable way of working; ● Capacity of working in a team as well as independently; ● Be open to multiculturalism.
