Opis
Coop. soc. Kara Bobowski is looking for 1 volunteer, from EU Country, to be hosted in Modigliana (Italy), to work with CHILDREN at risk of social exclusion, YOUTH and people with DISABILITIES, during summer time. Our main aim is INCLUSION, and we host also young people with fewer opportunities. The volunteers will support the staff in the SUMMER CAMPS for CHILDREN between 6 and 14 years old, programming the activities, organising space and material, doing activities and games with the children. Besides, the volunteer will support staff in the residential center for people with DISABILITIES. This Inclusive project involve several volunteers (6 long-term) from different nationalities that will share the experience in Modigliana, a small town in Italy.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
The volunteer will share a room with another volunteer from the same gender, in an apartment dedicated to host all volunteers (max. 7 persons), with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The accommodation is completed furnished with all necessary, and free of charge for the volunteer. It will be given food allowance and pocket money, monthly. For some activities (summer camps in other towns) the transport or accommodation will be provided by the Organisation.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Volunteers will have different training moments: - pre-departure preparation, - on arrival training, - task related (connected with the target group needs), - language course (online for all the mobility), - On Arrival Training organised by the Italian National Agency.
Profil uczestnika
We are searching for a volunteer between 23 and 28 years old, with openess to work with CHILDREN at risk of social exclusion and with people with DISABILITIES. We are also able to host young people with fewer opportunities. Volunteers should: - be flexible, openminded and willing to learn and share abilities and competences, - have some organisational skills to support on the programming and realisation of activities, - authonomy at work, but also being part of a team, - have a lot of energy and some interest / skills on sports. - basic knowledge of Italian is a plus.
