Check the list of partners in Europe, by viewing this map online Volunteers will assist the Caritas Centre in managing recreational activities for a summercamp, supporting local kids and youths. They can organize games, sports, dances, and songs. The work will mainly be in the mornings, including time and space management, logistics, and supporting local volunteers. The group may be divided into smaller teams for better organization.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
The host building is in the centre of Sant’Agata di Militello. Volunteers will sleep in shared rooms divided by gender 4-6 people in each room. Toilet and shower will be split by gender too. Shopping at the supermarket will be provided by the host and cooked by volunteers in the host building’s kitchen. Free wi-fi is available.

Volunteers should be: - aged 18-30; - interested in supporting organisations working with and for vulnerable people; - interested in the topic of the project (social inclusion and assistance, solidarity); - ready to interact with people with different kinds of vulnerability and different social and economic backgrounds; - willing to actively participate and be flexible, participating in manual work; open-minded, sociable, empathetic.
