Opis
The volunteer will collaborate with Check-IN Association and will be involved in a variety of local activities, including training sessions in schools, language classes, and dynamic and engaging workshops. A key part of the experience will be the development of workshops created and led by the volunteers themselves, aimed at the local community. These workshops will be based on each volunteer’s interests and skills, and may cover topics such as social media, artificial intelligence, marketing, languages, art, and more. The goal is for each volunteer to actively contribute their knowledge, promoting the exchange of ideas and community engagement. Additionally, volunteers will create creative content to promote the organization — such as YouTube videos, Instagram and TikTok posts, and the development of a podcast.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
The volunteer will have the opportunity to share a house with other dedicated volunteers in a welcoming and collaborative environment. The rooms are shared, with a maximum of two people per room, ensuring comfort and privacy. The house is located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including a furnished kitchen shared spaces for relaxation and interaction among volunteers.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
initial orientation: Volunteers receive a comprehensive orientation about the project, their responsibilities, expectations, rules, and regulations, as well as information about the host organization and the community in which they will be working. As volunteers may work in multicultural contexts and deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures, intercultural training is often offered to help them understand and respect cultural differences, promote intercultural sensitivity, and avoid misunderstandings.
Profil uczestnika
We are looking for motivated and proactive young people who are eager to contribute to the community and develop their personal and professional skills through non-formal education. The ideal volunteer should have a genuine interest in areas such as communication, media, digital content creation, community work, and education.
