L'Orée 85 is a cultural, community-focused, and eco-friendly third place aiming to be accessible to everyone, which opened in May 2022. It features a restaurant, café, and bar offering sustainable, homemade cuisine. It is made with seasonal, local, organic, and/or responsibly sourced products. We also propose an educational garden with a vegetable patch and beehives; and a diverse cultural program (workshops, screenings, café-debates, DJ sets, concerts, etc.), with a focus on popular education and co-created with local cultural stakeholders and the social and solidarity economy. It is open to the public from March to October and available for private hire from November to March. During your volunteering, you will be able to work on environmental actions and gardening, development of social and/or eco-responsible partnerships, practices related to the circular economy, welcoming the public and general and specific communication and administrative tasks.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Accommodation: You will have a private room in a flat Money: Every month you will receive €, which includes pocket money + food + transportation money (more details in the Volunteering Agreement) Food: When you wish, you can have a meal at our restaurant (in the evening only because it only opens in the afternoon), or take the food home with you if you prefer. But the menu isn’t wide and changes only each months/seasons so it’s best to count on the money you receive to ensure varied and nutritive diet. Transportation: you will have a bike (the city has many cycle path)
