Opis
You will support the Mission grant management and project development, coordinating reporting processes to ensure quality and timely submission of reports, as well as project partner capacity building plans with the different areas. You will support the implementation of these capacity building plans to strengthen donor compliance; help mapping and identifying possible strategic partners in coordination with Manila and field Offices; you will capitalize lessons learnt on partnership management to serve as a knowledge tool for future strategy adoption.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Accommodation, travel costs, visa, pre-deployment medical check + vaccinations (only if mandatory for the country), allowance will be covered. In case of need, a Fewer Opportunities Support will also be covered. A monthly Subsistence Lump Sum will be provided to cover basic needs such as food and personal hygiene items.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
The Volunteer will attend online before and on-site induction at the arrival to her/his deployment Mission. Training during deployment will also be offered to improve the volunteer’s skills and competences.
Profil uczestnika
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Humanitarian Assistance/Development, International Relations, Political Science, Sociology or other related degree and excellent knowledge of English (C1). Knowledge of FSL, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change are assets. You have excellent computer skills, knowledge of project cycle management, excellent writing analytical capacities; You are result oriented, proactive, creative, communicative and optimistic and have good interpersonal, networking and communication skills; You understand humanitarian concepts and principles and possibly have knowledge and experience of volunteerism. Eligibility : Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old, reside in one of the eligible countries (EU Member State, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Turkey), have completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training and not have participated before in individual Humanitarian Aid Volunteering. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
