Descrição

The Uganda Pioneers’ Association (UPA) is a youth-led NGO dedicated to community development, intercultural cooperation, and youth empowerment across Uganda. As a volunteer, you will support UPA by facilitating knowledge sharing and capacity building among staff through trainings on digital skills, communication, and social media marketing strategies. You will also assist in managing and upgrading UPA’s digital platforms to enhance online engagement. In addition, the role includes providing ICT training for UPA staff and local partner organizations, such as schools and community-based groups, helping teams strengthen their digital communication and marketing skills. These efforts empower UPA and its partners to effectively leverage technology for outreach, education, and community development.
