This camp is one of the activities planned by the project “Green UP! A community that heals, educates and regenerates.” A citywide environmental project, taking place in 6 neighborhoods, in continuation with an earlier San Leo Green neighborhood environmental project launched in 2022 in Parma's San Leonardo neighborhood. Volunteers will collaborate on the creation of a Mural, together with young people from the neighborhood, inside the courtyard of the Micheli Comprehensive Institute Middle School. The group of volunteers will be responsible for the reproduction and colouring of a mural co-designed by the young people from the middle school, the Centro Giovani “Scuola del Fare” and the Cooperativa “Fiorente”.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
Volunteers will be accommodated in two different flats, each hosting five people, equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast and dinner will be self-catered by the volunteers, who will be able to use the kitchen in their accommodation. Lunches will be organised according to the programme, either as packed lunches at the camp site or hosted by local associations and/or organisations. It will be possible to move around the city on foot/by bike/by bus. TRAVEL: The nearest airport is Bologna or Milan Bergamo and Milan Linate. Continue by train or bus to the Parma train station.
Perfil do participante
Volunteers with interest and skills in mural painting/graffiti art and creativity are requested. We require English language knowledge.
