The management and teaching staff at “Kūrybinių iniciatyvų centras” (KIC) are a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds in education, community facilitation, art, youth work, and social work. The main focus on non-formal education in the fields of photography, video, and podcast creation reflects a commitment to fostering creative skills and providing practical, experiential learning. The experiential teaching methods, specifically "learning by doing," is a powerful approach. This method engages groups of adults and youth with fewer opportunities, allowing them to participate actively in the creative process.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
The volunteer will receive free accommodation during their stay and a private room in a shared apartment. You will have a monthly ticket for public transportation and monthly food and pocket money (250 euros/month). *If needed, we can provide support with food products. *PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV AND MOTIVATIONAL LETTER IN ENGLISH*
Formação durante a atividade
- Volunteering group meetings once a month; - Meeting with a mentor once a month; - On-arrival and mid-term training; - Online language learning; - Participating in public solidarity events; - Organization of info/promo solidarity events.
Perfil do participante
Communicative, active, initiative. Our team members - teachers and educators of photography and videography. We need someone who can take care about our social media channels - creating posts and ads, making backstage pictures during our activities.
