“Common Sense” Youth Organization is vastly experienced in the field of environment & healthy well-being and actively conducts workshops and summer camps for school children in Sumgait city. Our goal to launch a team volunteering project in Sumgait city is to empower young volunteers to take actions towards a better environment, to actively participate in the local society, to enhance their professional & personal skills, and to raise awareness on environmental issues & healthy well-being between young people & school children through the formation of green thinking and enhancement of civic responsibility. Volunteers will be involved in the planning of the program and the implementation of the summer camp & summer school activities in the topic of environment and health & mental well-being for school children aged 11-15 in Sumgait city. Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
Travel costs will be covered according to the distance calculation of the EU. Visa support and cost will be provided. Volunteers will get pocket money and food money. Accommodation is provided either in private buildings or family houses. Accommodation will have all the basic facilities. Insurance is covered by the European Solidarity Corps (Henner Insurance). We will provide some amount for local transportation cost and bicycles will be available.

Designing and organizing workshops, seminars, presentations for school children on the topic of environment and healthy well-being. Organizing 5-days “Summer camp” for school children aged 11-15. Ensuring sustainability of the "Summer camp" by organizing summer school activities with school children. Launching campaigns on social media to raise awareness on local environmental issues. Organizing cultural events for local community to improve cross-cultural communication and diversity.
Perfil do participante
People 18-30 years old. Motivated to work with people from different backgrounds. Motivated to communicate and work with kids.
