These centers are operated by the organization WIKI – Verein WIKI - Wir Kinder, Bildung und Betreuung. Everyone is welcome at our centers. Our diverse range of activities is aimed at enhancing the quality of life, developing social networks in the community, and fostering civic engagement. The volunteer is an integral part of a team and can assist in organizing community events in both centers. They will have the opportunity to connect with people from different backgrounds and generations, and participate in sustainability projects, such as the Free-of-Charge Shop, open bookshelves, and others. We expect them to be open-minded, sensitive to different cultures, communicative, and organized.

Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport

The volunteer will live in a shared apartment with single bedrooms, but shared cooking, washing, laundry, bathroom, and social facilities. They will receive self-allowance of 10 € / day and pocket money according of 7 € / day. Also, they will have a public transport ticket.

Szkolenie w trakcie działania

Volunteer will participate at On-Arrival Training and Mid-term meeting, organized by the National Agency. Volunteer will be able to take part in a German course and use the Online Language Support Tool. The communication in community centres will happen in English and German. Volunteer will be supported by a task-related and a personal mentor who will help to get part in the daily life of the organization. Regular meetings between the volunteer and the mentor are provided.
