We are inviting you to join vibrant "Katowice Internationals World Cup 2025" event taking place in Katowice city in Poland. During this opportunity you will meet people from all over the world united in one place to play football, promote equality, meet new people and have fun. This volunteering will help you to develop event management, logistics, communication and content creating skills. You will gain practical experience on sport event organising. It's a brilliant opportunity to explore the city, build new connections, start your volunteering journey, work in international environment and play football. Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
Accommodation will be provided in double rooms in hostel in Katowice. Food, pocket money and transport costs will be provided up to guide limits and covered according to the distance calculation of the EU.
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
Volunteers will be responsible for the general event support like set up of the venue, providing logistical support during team registration, football tournament support, helping to set upsports equipment, assisting referees and organizers during matches, monitoring fair play and safety regulations, supporting scorekeeping and match result tracking, preparing places and materials for workshops, cleaning and tidying up the venue after the event or workshops. Volunteers will also have a chance to assist with social media content creation (collecting photos, videos, preparing reels/stories).
Teilnehmerprofil
We are looking young people 18-30 years old. Motivated to fully contribute during football event in the multicultural environment for 2 weeks in Katowice. Open to new challenges, ready to assist with venue set up, offer any help to participants, distribute food, clean after events and contribute with workshops. Communicative level of English.
