Across Cultures is a 9-month project at Centro Interculturale Mondinsieme in Cremona, starting in late September. Volunteers will support intercultural events, assist migrant associations, and help with community outreach. Tasks include updating the website and social media, creating multilingual materials, and welcoming citizens seeking information on local services and rights. You'll also promote civic participation and contribute to awareness campaigns in schools and public spaces. Mondinsieme is a vibrant hub for intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Volunteers will be provided with fully equipped shared apartments located in the city center, within close proximity to the volunteering site. A monthly food allowance will be provided, and each volunteer will receive a personal bicycle for getting around town. Travel expenses will be covered, with a preference for environmentally friendly travel options. To support their integration and activities, volunteers will have the guidance of a tutor and mentor, while a project coordinator will oversee the overall management of the project.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Each project includes On Arrival Training (OAT) and Mid Term Evaluation (MTE) organized by the Italian National Agency. These sessions provide specific training on the project’s activities, alongside learning paths designed to help volunteers discover, understand, and recognize their personal skills, aptitudes, and competences. Volunteers will also have access to online language support to learn Italian through the EU Academy platform (https://academy.europa.eu/). At the end of the service, all volunteers will receive a Youthpass certificate, documenting their achievements

We are looking for dynamic, creative, communicative, sociable, and patient volunteers. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, eager to learn Italian, and comfortable working in a team. Flexibility and creativity are essential, as we value volunteers with unique hobbies, original ideas, and openness to different cultures. We welcome individuals with a strong drive to explore new experiences, curiosity about the world, and an interest in learning from diverse cultures. valued. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in ITALIAN and FRENCH would be valuable.
