Inclusion through Educational and Therapeutic Intervention

Inspire - Eden and Razzett Foundation

Zejtun, Malta

Description

Inspire believes in creating an inclusive education setup that embraces diversity and ensures equal access to learning opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their background or abilities where every learner feels valued and supported. Our services vary across our educational and therapeutic programmes. Our educational programmes meet the unique needs of each learner implementing specialised instruction that is accredited internationally, whilst also providing complementary therapies and leisure activities that enrich the learning experience for everyone involved. The therapeutic services offered include a range of interventions tailored to address the diverse needs of individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities, within the programmes. Through a holistic approach, Inspire aims to empower individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and achieve greater independence.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Inspire provides all ESC Volunteers with shared accommodation fully equipped with the necessary amenities. Financial support is offered in the form of pocket money to cover personal expenses, and a food allowance is included as part of this support. Return flight costs are reimbursed, and Inspire also supplies pre-paid local bus cards for volunteers to use at their discretion.

Training during the activity

Inspire provides an induction, orientation and observations to acclimatise volunteers to the Organisation. Internal training sessions are provided by our very own in-house professionals. Volunteers are also encouraged to attend all OAT and MTM meetings held by the Nation Agency. Language training is provided to any and all volunteers who need the support in communicating effectively with the service users and staff members alike.
