Thanks to our expanding network of local partners, you can also volunteer in the community in ways that match your interests: coaching football, leading singing or theatre workshops, hosting an English Conversation... Digital outreach is a significant part of our mission, so you’ll help run awareness campaigns, create social media content, and keep our online channels lively and engaging.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Youth BCN acts as the hosting and lead organisation of the Youth Sparks project. This means that we will administer the budget for this project and will give a flat-rate amount per month to the volunteer. This amount is to be discussed in the selection process. It will cover food, accommodation, and pocket money. Youth BCN will NOT provide accommodation for the volunteer; instead, it will actively support the volunteer in finding a suitable room nearby its office, in the Sant Martí district. Providing guidance and knowledge on how to do it as easily and safely as possible.

Profil uczestnika
- From Spain or abroad - Eager to learn new things - Interested in youth work, social entrepreneurship, and non-formal education. - Motivated to take initiative and propose new ideas - Comfortable with the concept of working in English and Spanish - Interested in developing social media work - Proactive and looking to develop new competences - Enjoy teamwork and are open to intercultural collaboration. Bonus: -Experience in social media, video editing, community organizing, or facilitation -Spanish language knowledge We are seeking volunteers who are willing to learn how to run an organisation focused on youth work, international mobility activities (such as youth exchanges and training courses), and EU funding programs. There is also the opportunity to learn how to facilitate group learning processes and be part of an experienced training team that utilises non-formal educational methods, both online and offline. We have staff members with over 12 years of experience in this field. Volunteers should also feel comfortable working with young people, as well as willing to get involved in the development of our local, and international, network of young people interested in volunteering and participating in non-formal education-based learning activities. At Youth BCN, we believe that entrepreneurship is about “putting ideas into action.” Therefore, initiatives brought by our volunteers will be welcomed, discussed, and supported.
