Narana Hustopeče is looking for 2 enthusiastic young people (ages 18–30) to join our vibrant community as ESC volunteers from October 2026 to August/October 2027! 💫 Are you passionate about making a difference, learning new things, and meeting amazing people? Come be a part of our beautiful journey! 💛 As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to support and grow through: 🌱 A local homeschooling group with kids aged 6-10 years old ♻️ Our charming zero waste charity shop 🌍 Erasmus+ projects and intercultural exchange 🎉 Community events and local initiatives 🤝 And most importantly – being part of a kind, creative, and supportive community. ✨ Whether you're into sustainability, education, creativity, or just love connecting with people – there’s a place for you here.

Formação durante a atividade
The participant is invited to participate in informal Narana activities. They will be encouraged to develop their personal project. Supplementary and specific activities may be adjusted after the participant's arrival, based on their abilities and preferences. The participant will have the opportunity to attend educational seminars and workshops with other Narana team members. There are pre-departure, on-arrival, mid-term ESC trainings, as well as one after finishing the ESC program.
Perfil do participante
We're searching for someone who is excited about our topics. Meaning you: - genuinely care about working with children in non-foral education setting, building strong communities and support sustainability It is IMPORTANT that you already have some positive experience in working with kids 6-10 years old! :) - are eager to work in our zero-waste charity shop, helping with donations, organizing, and promoting eco-friendly habits - are keen to join in our community events and festivals, helping us bring people together - are a team player - someone who loves working with others, sharing ideas, and being part of a friendly, active community - are open to learning - you're curious, adaptable, and ready to learn new things every day through non-formal education and Erasmus+ projects - are proactive and positive - you like to take initiative and bring a good attitude to every task What you'll do: You'll be a key part of our team, helping across our different projects. This means you could be: 1. Helping customers and sorting items in our zero-waste shop. 2. Assisting with educational games and activities for the kids. 3. Setting up and running community events. 4. Learning about and contributing to international Erasmus+ projects.
