The Solidarity Fest project brings people together to support cancer awareness through sports, creativity, cultural events and teamwork. It focuses on activities that promote solidarity, inclusion, and community engagement. The volunteering activity will be held in Cambados (Galicia) Spain, lasting a total of 30 days, including travel days, from September 23rd to October 24th, 2025. Activity days are from September 24th to October 23rd. During the volunteering, the participants will be supporting the organisation of Solidarity Fest organized the second weekend of October and participate and support other visibility activities, to raise cancer awareness. It is specifically designed to promote youth participation, foster cultural understanding, while building shared values through non-formal learning and collective action.
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
The program covers return travel and accommodation in shared rooms. The volunteers will be provided food allowance and pocket money (12€ / day).

Teilnehmerprofil
- Interested in the topic of cancer awareness. - Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive atmosphere. - Practical Skills: Capable of setting up equipment and handling basic tasks. - Organized: Maintains cleanliness and order during events. - Good Communicator: Provides information clearly and effectively. Candidates must be 18 to 30 years old and reside in one of the eligible countries. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
