Within this two week volunteering you'll be part of a group of volunteers, getting to know a vibrant intentional community and installing strawbales as insulation for our newest family house in Sieben Linden Ecovillage. You'll learn about sustainable building, community life and other ecovillage skills.

Accommodation will be in shared bedrooms (4 persons per room)! Mostly vegan lunch and dinner will be provided by our amazing community kitchen team. Breakfast will be managed by yourself with ingredients from our cellar and storage space - i.e. bread, spreads, milk, peanut butter, marmalade, fruits, oats... All food is organic. Sieben Linden Ecovillage is easily reachable via Wolfsburg or Salzwedel with the local bus. A detailed description will be provided upon selection confirmation with an infopack.

We'll organise at least one workshop per week which will be influenced by your particular interest and you'll be able to join some community events (in German language). You'll learn a lot about natural and sustainable building.

Only apply if you’re interested in natural and sustainable building, and you’re keen to learn practical skills to address the climate and biodiversity crisis while experiencing community life in an ecovillage. Be aware that we're in the middle of nowhere and an ecological intentional community.
