Descripción

Each volunteer will be working closely with our board and staff, both online, from our headquarters in Rotterdam, through the internet, and locally during events. The opportunity covers activities such as: - Blogging or contribution to media, social media or co-organising activities, - Simple office tasks, - Raising the general knowledge and understanding of the volunteer about the cultural richness of Esperanto, - Representing TEJO in international events, - Brainstorming meetings in order to bolster teamwork and collaborate in very diverse projects. The schedule of activities will be flexible since the volunteer will be involved in different projects throughout the year, depending on the volunteer's interests. The final tasks will be adapted to the volunteer preferences. The working language is Esperanto. We will offer courses for non-speakers and beginners, but previous knowledge is an important asset.

All our volunteers live together in a shared house in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), 12 minutes away from the office and 21 from eendrachtsplein by walk. We cover the house amenities including electricity, water and internet. The volunteers will have access to bicycles during their stay.
