Description

Youth Dynamics will host four ESC volunteers for a period of seven months, dedicated to advancing environmental awareness and action. These young changemakers will engage in a variety of green initiatives, from community clean-ups and eco-workshops to sustainable living campaigns. Their mission is to promote sustainability, foster green skills, and inspire local youth to become active stewards of the planet. Through hands-on activities and creative outreach, the volunteers will help cultivate a culture of environmental responsibility and solidarity.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Accommodation ESC volunteers will be provided with comfortable shared housing, fully equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, laundry access, and communal living spaces. Each volunteer will have their own private bedroom, depending on availability, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Food Volunteers will receive a monthly food allowance to cover groceries and meals. They’ll have access to a shared kitchen where they can cook together and explore local ingredients. Local transportation costs will be covered. Volunteers will receive monthly bus card

Training during the activity

Throughout the ESC volunteering experience, participants will benefit from a rich blend of formal and non-formal training designed to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a meaningful impact. What’s included: On-Arrival & Mid-Term Training Organized by the National Agency, these sessions help volunteers understand the ESC framework, connect with other volunteers, and reflect on their journey. Green Skills Workshops Volunteers will participate in hands-on workshops focused on sustainable practices, such as composting, eco-construction and zero-waste.

Participant profile

We are looking for motivated, environmentally conscious young people who are eager to make a difference through hands-on action and community engagement. The ideal ESC volunteer for this project is someone who: Has a strong interest in nature, sustainability, and climate action Is open-minded, adaptable, and enjoys working in multicultural teams Is willing to learn and contribute to green initiatives, such as eco-workshops, clean-up campaigns, and awareness events Brings creativity and enthusiasm to promoting sustainable lifestyles through social media, art, or educational outreach Has basic communication skills in English (or is willing to learn), with a desire to connect with the local community Is ready for a transformative experience, both personally and professionally, in a supportive and dynamic environment No prior experience in environmental work is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for protecting the planet.
