Volunteers must bring their own computer. The activity will take place on-site at the office, involving training, information, and employment counseling for members and affiliates, as well as guidance for potential candidates to the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). They will contribute to the management of European projects (Injuve, ESC, Erasmus+ KA1/2/3) and support all daily tasks of the center, assisting in the creation and implementation of activities for young people that promote European values such as solidarity, freedom, democracy, inclusion, and equity. Volunteers will also support the communication department in developing editorial plans and producing textual, graphic, and audiovisual content, fostering European citizenship and active participation in society. To strengthen the inclusion strategy, they will design materials to be presented to regional partners, gaining the opportunity to experience both urban contexts and the traditions of smaller local communities.

Volunteers will look for accomodation, ESFMB is not provinding any kind of accomodation, we will help you in any kind of need you will have. ESFMB WILL PAY YOU : -transportation from the city you are living to Valencia and back, as it is said in the CES stablishments, maximun 309.00 rt ticket. (from 500 to 1999 km far from her, other distances please see table) -25.00 per day which is 750.00 monthly ( food, accommodation and local transport, reparation, monitoring and supportof participants, documentationand assessment of lear) -06.00 per day wich is 180.00 monthly as pocket money
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
Volunteers will benefit from the OLS platform and must take an online language test to assess their foreign language skills. Volunteers will also attend a language course in our training center. The participant will have the ESC supervisor phone contact which will be available 24 hours / 7 days. The supervisor/tutor will provide logistical support, will help with the housing and also with the adaptation period at the work placement and in the local community. The volunteer will attend 2 mandatory trainings organized by the National Agency (INJUVE): On-arrival training, mid-term evaluation.

The nature of the proposed activities shows the need for total active, proactive and volunteer participation which will be facilitated by the role of tutor and supervisor: with the role of involving the volunteer in the organization of daily work and with the aim of helping the volunteer to settle in the daily life and culture of the host country. The tutors will use a variety of techniques (such as counseling, training, active listening and feedback), but also, talks, meetings, activity planning and learning process and joint leisure activities.
