Volunteers will stay in shared rooms on our farm in Palombaio, enjoying a simple, communal lifestyle. Meals are vegetarian, mostly organic, and prepared by volunteers and staff using local ingredients. We prioritize eco-friendly living, so bring biodegradable toiletries. We seek enthusiastic, eco-conscious individuals aged 18-30 from European countries who are eager to engage in sustainability and community living. Ideal candidates are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about issues like integration, legality, and ecology. English or Italian proficiency is required, along with a proactive, sociable, and creative attitude. Volunteers should have a strong ability to work in teams and a keen interest in agroforestry, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture.
