We are only considering applications at our application portal (scroll down for open positions): https://villa-leipzig.de/europaeischer-solidaritaetskorps/hosting In Montessori kindergarten you will work in a team consisting of 10 teachers and social workers who deal with around 80 kids in pre-school age (between 2 and 6 years old). The thoughts and visions of Maria Montessori are the centre of the educational conviction, mainly in reference to the idea of the child, the role of the teacher and the view on the world surrounding the child. In the kindergarten there are many children with migration background, and we have been working with Spanish natives for ten years. As an integrational Kindergarden, we also deal with kids with physical and psychical disadvantages. We see differences, not important if visible or not, as an enrichment of our cohabitation.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
You will live together with other volunteers in a shared flat, with your own single bedroom. Furthermore, you will receive food- & pocket money as well as a ticket for public transportation in Leipzig. Szkolenie w trakcie działania
You receive a basic language course (German). You also will attend the official On-Arrival seminar and Mid-term seminar offered by NA. In addition, there will be realized several project days towards topics of solidarity in Europe / participation / social projects for all ESC volunteers.
