We are looking for 2 volunteers to join the project San Laise – Spazio Aggregativo di Prossimità in Naples (Campania, Italy). The volunteers will collaborate with educators and youth workers in activities promoting inclusion, creativity, and active citizenship. Main tasks: - support the daily activities of the San Laise Aggregation Space, a multifunctional and inclusive youth center; - help organize creative workshops (rap, hip-hop, writing, cinema, 3D printing, digital arts); - assist in educational and recreational activities for young people and teenagers; - contribute to communication, social media, and event organization; - support initiatives of active citizenship and urban regeneration with local youth groups and schools. The project aims to foster social participation and personal growth among young people in the San Laise area.
Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης
Volunteers will be hosted in a shared flat in Naples. The working venue is located in the Parco San Laise area, easily reachable by public transport. Food and pocket money will be provided monthly. Volunteers will have two free days per week and additional holidays agreed with the hosting organization.
Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα
Volunteers will receive initial training and ongoing support from local staff and educators. They will learn about non-formal education, youth work, communication, and community engagement. Participation in the On Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluation organized by the Italian National Agency is mandatory. An online Italian language course will also be provided.
Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος
We are looking for motivated young people from eligible countries who are open-minded, flexible, and interested in working with youth in an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about creativity, education, and social participation, and wish to develop skills in youth work and community projects. No specific experience is required, only motivation and willingness to learn.
