Support with planning, coordinating and executing the TECHO 2026 institutional campaign in collaboration with the Design and Content department, ensuring its impact and visibility at a national level. Manages resources, adjusts strategies according to results and guarantees the success of communication objectives. Some tasks: ● Design the strategic plan and communication approach for the 2026 institutional campaign. ● Plan and execute communication strategies aligned with organisational objectives. ● Collaborate closely with the Design and Content Coordination team, coordinating the creation of content and communication pieces. ● Ensure consistency of the message and institutional identity across all channels. ● Develop strategies to position TECHO Guatemala in traditional and digital media. ● Supports in events organisation related to the campaign. ● Evaluate the final results of the campaign.

Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte

Working conditions: Hybrid work (3 days in office - 2 days teleworking) / Flexible working hours / Regular visits to the communities / Institutional mail tool and library drive. Living conditions: The volunteer will receive a monthly per diem of 791€ to cover their food and other expenses. The accommodation, visa fees, return flights, vaccination costs, the health insurance, basic equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and the expenses related to transportation will be covered by the programme; -2 days of leave per month.

Formação durante a atividade

Volunteers will improve their professional knowledge through training in humanitarian action, and specific issues on security and will be provided with training resources to continue their trainings. ● Be part of a multidisciplinary team where you can learn about other professions and the national context. ● Learn about the characteristics of poverty and inequality from a human rights perspective. ● Manage and evaluate projects with a focus on corporate social responsibility and sustainability. ● Develop your leadership and teamwork skills. ● Strengthen your network of contacts.

Perfil do participante

Graduate or student, preferably in Communication Sciences, Marketing or related fields. ● Show interest and enthusiasm for campaigns and communication. ● Spanish as mother tongue or advanced level. ● Knowledge of communication, public relations or related areas. ● Ability to adapt to change and work flexibly. ● Effective social skills, facilitating positive and effective collaboration in teamwork. Eligibility : Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old, reside in one of the eligible countries (EU Member State, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Turkey), have completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training and not have participated before in individual Humanitarian Aid Volunteering. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
