ESC Volunteering in Águeda

Descrição

We are a Youth Center based in Portugal. The project includes activities for the integration of the volunteer in the community, development of entrepreneurial skills (related to the transformation of needs into ideas and actions), creation and implementation of personal projects, socio-personal reinforcement activities and development of keycompetences, mentoring, promoting intercultural dialogue and solidarity and activities in the educational services of the City Council of Águeda. This volunteering opportunity is open to young people who are legally residing in one of the eligible European countries participating in the European Solidarity Corps programme. Given the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next phase of the selection process.

Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte

All costs related to accommodation, travel, and subsistence are covered according to the European Solidarity Corps guidelines.

Perfil do participante

We are looking for a motivated and proactive volunteer who is passionate about working with young people and interested in using non-formal education methods. The most important qualities are motivation, enthusiasm, commitment to volunteering values and willingness to engage with young people using innovative and interactive approaches!
