Description
Associazione Joint is looking for a junior team member to support the management of Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Youth Worker Mobilities (KA153) in Italy. Main tasks: management of international groups; facilitation of pre-departure and follow-up meetings; support in the logistical and administrative management of hosted projects; creation of communication materials to promote mobility opportunities; occasional participation in projects abroad. The activities are mainly related to inclusion and non-formal education of young people with fewer opportunities. The position combines office-based coordination, online communication, and field activities during projects. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation, food and local transport are not directly provided by Joint. The monthly financial contribution (between 800 and 1,000 euro, depending on experience and worklo) is meant to cover these costs independently. When participating in international activities or residential meetings, travel and board are fully covered by Joint. Work can be done remotely, with at least one in-person activity per month in Northern Italy. Around nine staff meetings per year (4–5 days each) are foreseen. The collaboration may lead to longer-term professional opportunities within the organisation.
Training during the activity
Training includes: introduction to Erasmus+ and ESC programmes; management of youth exchanges; use of administrative tools (Beneficiary Module, Youthpass, GloRe); facilitation of non-formal education activities; communication with partners; project logistics. Ongoing mentoring is provided by Joint’s senior staff through regular online and in-person meetings. Participation in additional national or international training opportunities may also be offered.
Participant profile
Minimum requirements: previous participation in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) or similar experiences; English level B2; Italian level B2; availability to travel abroad for short projects (5–8 days); flexibility to work occasionally on weekends; motivation to work with young people and in multicultural contexts; ability to manage administrative tasks. Additional assets: driving licence; experience as ESC volunteer; interest in communication and graphic design; knowledge of other European languages.
