Description
We are looking for a motivated young person who loves creativity, games, and working with people. As a volunteer animator, you will organize and run engaging activities, games, and workshops for children, youth, and community members. Your role will involve creating fun, interactive, and educational experiences that bring people together and strengthen community bonds. Tasks of the volunteer: -Design and lead games, creative workshops, and interactive activities for children, youth, and community members -Organize events that encourage participation, teamwork, and intercultural exchange -Support community initiatives and cultural projects with engaging activities -Contribute to planning and documenting activities through photos, videos, or reports -Encourage social interaction, creativity, and learning in a playful way
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers: -Accommodation: Provided in Lębork -Food: Monthly allowance for meals -Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules -Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner -Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities
Participant profile
-We welcome applications from young people who are: -Aged 18–30 years old -Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about working with people -Motivated to make a positive impact in the community -Flexible, open-minded, and able to engage participants of all ages -Interested in gaining experience in animation, youth work, and community development Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to bring joy, creativity, and energy to the community while developing practical skills.
