The Lycée Professionnel Europe stands out as a vocational high school dedicated to training in care and service professions, offering a range of programs such as animation, personal care, aesthetics, hairstyling, hygiene and cleanliness for near six hundred pupils. The aim is to tackle issues such as sustainable development or European values (tolerance, team working, multiculturalism, citizenship…), to open the pupils to Europe and to promote the diversity of European cultures. He/she will support the implementation of a European pathway (share experiences with students, organize Europe Days…) and promote sustainable development initiatives with educative workshops and/or theater. Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης
The Lycée Professionnel Europe has a studio, on site, where the volunteer can stay. As for meals, the volunteer will be able to go to the half-board for lunch from Monday to Friday. He/she will receive an allowance (provisional cost) to cover meal and local transport expenses. He/she will also receive pocket money every month.
Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα
During the mission of the volunteer there will be 2 training Formations. The first one is called the 'Welcome Formation' which is held for 5 days in one city of France (not decided yet). And the second which is called 'The midterm formation' which is 4 days in another city in the middle of the volunteering period.
Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος
We are looking for a volunteer which is able to communicate with young people (16 to 18 years old) and organize events for them. The volunteer should be able to work also with teachers to carry out its activities. Futhermore, the volunteer need to have digital skills and be able to work independently (every now and then).
