We’re looking for only 4 more international volunteers to join our ESC team in Sighișoara! You’ll become part of a vibrant group of 14 volunteers already creating impact, learning, and growing together every day. Over the years, we’ve transformed Sighisoara and Saschiz into real learning hubs — places where creativity, community action, and personal development happen naturally. Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Live your ESC experience in a real castle in Sighișoara, just 10–20 minutes walking from the citadel, city center, office, and activity spaces. You’ll stay in shared double/triple rooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a cozy, fully equipped shared kitchen, dining area and terrace. You receive €282/month (food + pocket money). Travel is fully covered based on ESC distance rules, plus a possible green-travel bonus. You focus on learning, contributing, and living the experience — we take care of the basics.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
During your volunteering, learning is constant. You’ll take part in topic-based trainings, skill workshops, and peer-to-peer sessions designed to help you grow step by step. You’ll learn by doing, reflecting, and experimenting in a safe international environment. With mentor support, planning meetings, and reflection groups, you’ll strengthen your confidence, communication, teamwork, and initiative — gaining skills that stay with you long after the project ends. Work 5–7h/day, 4 days/week. Fridays: Personal Development. Weekends free + 2 extra days off/month.
