INPRO is a youth-focused NGO working in non-formal education and international mobility programmes. As a volunteer, you will mainly support the organisation and logistics of hosted projects. Your tasks include assisting with planning and coordinating activities, preparing materials, managing schedules, and supporting the overall flow of youth exchanges and trainings. When needed, you will support trainers during workshops, games, energisers, and team-building activities, following ready-made guidelines. Volunteers also help with city tours, evening, and intercultural programmes. An important part of the role is supporting the daily functioning of project facilities, including preparing and resetting accommodation and activity spaces, as well as assisting with participant check-in and check-out at the INPRO hostel. 📢 Important: Due to formal restrictions, we cannot host volunteers from visa-required countries. 📘 Check the infopack before applying: https://shorturl.at/9StpO
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
As a volunteer, you will receive pocket money and a food allowance of 12 EUR per day, transferred monthly to your EUR bank account to cover daily expenses. Travel costs will be reimbursed according to ESC rules. Accommodation is provided in a shared apartment on Baldachówka Street in central Rzeszów, about a 10-minute walk from the INPRO office. Volunteers share rooms with same-gender participants and have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
Your journey with INPRO begins with an onboarding training at our office in Rzeszów, where you’ll get to know the team, explore your role, and learn more about our activities. Soon after, you’ll take part in a week-long on-arrival training in Warsaw, organised by the Polish National Agency. There, you’ll meet other ESC volunteers from all over Poland, learn more about the ESC program, and gain useful skills that will support you throughout your volunteering journey. 📢 Curious to see what life at INPRO looks like before you join?
