Creative Nature: A Meeting for Diversity and Inclusion
Escuela de Animación Circompay
Talayuela, Spain
Description
Join Circompay at El Quinto Pino for a 20-day adventure! We will build a world of fantasy and illusion where nature and arts unite people. Our goal is the full inclusion of people with disabilities, breaking social walls through creativity. Main Tasks: Architects of Illusion: Design and build magical stages and sensory spaces in nature. Inclusive Facilitators: Lead adapted art and expression workshops where people with disabilities are the true protagonists. Social Bridge Builders: Create real bonds of friendship to break stigmas through daily life and solidarity. The "Piña" Effect: Build a strong, supportive team of 15 volunteers (especially those with fewer opportunities). Chroniclers: Document the project's magic to spread our impact beyond the forest.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Accommodation: Shared rooms at El Quinto Pino, a rural center for arts and nature. A community-focused setting to foster team spirit. Food: Activity days: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) provided by the organization. Free days: A food allowance is provided to enjoy local restaurants and support the local economy. Pocket Money: Daily allowance according to EU 2025 rates for personal expenses. Transport: Travel costs covered (within EU limits). Local transport managed by Circompay.
Training during the activity
Circompay will lead the entire training and evaluation process: Initial Training: On-site induction about the project, rural context, and safety. Skill Development: Hands-on workshops on inclusive arts, fantasy-based dynamics, and social interaction with people with disabilities. Continuous Support: Daily mentoring and team reflections to track learning and group cohesion (the "piña" effect). Evaluation: Final assessment of the experience and skills gained. Recognition: Guidance to obtain the Youthpass certificate.
Participant profile
We are looking for 15 motivated young people (18-30 years old) who are ready to dive into a world of fantasy and solidarity. Key requirements: Nature Lovers: Since the project takes place at El Quinto Pino, you must feel comfortable living and working in a rural, outdoor environment. If you enjoy fresh air and the countryside, this is for you! Communication: A minimum level of English is required to ensure smooth coordination with the team. Knowing some Spanish is a great plus, but not mandatory—we are here to learn together! Mindset: We value empathy, a positive attitude, and a real interest in social inclusion. You should be eager to work with people with disabilities and open to creating "magic" through arts. Team Spirit: We seek active participants ready to build a "piña" (strong group bond), sharing daily tasks and creative challenges.
