Περιγραφή
“Health, wellbeing & Europe” is a two-week volunteering teams project in Lębork, Poland, bringing together young people from across Europe and partner countries to promote health, wellbeing, and community engagement. Participants will lead activities for kids, youth, seniors, adults, and people with special needs, including yoga, pilates, and movement workshops. The project culminates during European Youth Week (24–25 April) with a fun joint event for the community. Through hands-on experience, teamwork, and reflection, volunteers gain skills in leadership, facilitation, and intercultural communication. Note: we will contact only selected participants.

Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα
Participants will take part in a full-day training to equip them with all the essential information about the program, its activities, and the surrounding area.
Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος
We are looking for young people (18–30) who are skilled in sports, yoga, meditation, pilates and are motivated to lead activities for others. Participants should NOT require a visa to travel to Poland. -Passionate about health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles; -Confident in facilitating sessions for diverse groups, including children, youth, seniors, adults, and people with special needs; -Open-minded and ready to collaborate in international teams; -Enthusiastic about European Youth Week and creating a positive impact in their community; This project is perfect for those who enjoy sharing their expertise, engaging with people, and promoting wellbeing in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
