ADRET-EUROPE DIRECT Pyrenees proposes an individual volunteering mission to promote active European citizenship, values and fundamental rights, to participate in the construction of a Europe that is ever closer, democratic, sustainable, adapted to the digital era, open to the world, united in its cultural diversity. The volunteer will contribute to information, animation and communication actions on the European Union (values and citizenship, mobility and engagement, priorities, democratic participation, recovery and resilience...). Particular emphasis will be placed on the priorities of the European Union. Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης
We would like to welcome the volunteer in Perpignan (prefecture of the department) in a flat located near the railway station and the city center. This accommodation will be shared with another European volunteer which will facilitate integration. We will guarantee quality accommodation (single room...) with all basic amenities nearby (access to a supermarket, bank, post office, doctors, pharmacy, bakeries). Pocket Money 8 euros per day, Food 9 euros per day.
Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα
The volunteer will be fully integrated into the team of ADRET EUROPE DIRECT Pyrenees and will be considered as a full member of the association. The tasks proposed to the volunteer will bring a European added value to the traditional activities of the structure. Throughout the activity, the volunteer will be able to develop numerous cross-cutting skills with a view to personal development, greater social inclusion, active citizenship and improved employability (multilingual, citizenship, digital, cultural awareness and expression skills).
Προφίλ συμμετέχοντος
We want the volunteer to be able to support facilitation and interventions and therefore be able to express themselves in front of an audience, but also to generate enthusiasm to make the interactions lively. The volunteer will also have to be flexible and adaptable given the diversity of the target audience (schoolchildren, students, general public, etc.). If the volunteer does not feel comfortable but is very motivated to develop his/her skills (public speaking...), we will accompany him/her little by little in this process.
