Share, Develop, GO! is a 17-day European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Team hosted by KINITRO in Athens, Greece, from 22 April to 8 May 2026. The activity brings together 10 young participants from across Europe for an inclusive, accessible, and sustainability-focused learning experience based on non-formal education, community engagement, and active participation. The programme explores the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, social responsibility, human rights, equality, accessibility, and local community needs through experiential learning, teamwork, reflection, workshops, and public actions.Participants will strengthen their competences in communication, teamwork, inclusion, intercultural cooperation, facilitation, and social engagement while gaining practical experience in using educational activities to promote solidarity and participation. Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten

Accommodation, food and local transport arrangements will be organised by the host organisation. Participants will stay in shared hostel rooms in the centre of Athens, with accommodation fully covered by the programme. Food support will be provided through a daily allowance of 7 EUR per day, and participants will also receive 7 EUR per day as pocket money. Travel costs to and from Athens will be reimbursed according to ESC rules and the applicable distance band, upon presentation of all original travel documents and proof of payment.

Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit

During the opportunity, participants will receive continuous non-formal learning support through workshops, teamwork, reflection sessions, practical preparation, and evaluation activities. The programme includes sessions on inclusion and accessibility, disability awareness, social rights, equality, empowerment, problem-solving, innovative thinking, the SDGs, climate change, community needs, research of good practices, design-thinking, campaign development, and preparation of local actions. Participants will also take part in evaluation and Youthpass reflection.

Teilnehmerprofil

We are looking for 10 motivated young people aged 18-30 from EU countries who are interested in sustainability, human rights, education, and active citizenship. This opportunity is particularly relevant for participants interested in non-formal learning, inclusion, intercultural cooperation, and community-based youth activities. Volunteers with fewer opportunities are encouraged to apply, and individual support can be arranged according to participants’ needs.
