YOU CAN FIND THE FORM HERE: https://villa-leipzig.de/europaeischer-solidaritaetskorps/hosting/available-voluntary-place/esc-open-youth-club-rabet The volunteer will support children and young people and the staff daily by designing and carrying through leisure activities as well as special projects which have a longer duration. The volunteer shall bring aspects of his or her own country into the work, e.g. music, games, sports, language, cooking or handicraft. Usually work starts at 13:00 pm but due to the big variety of networking and project work in the district, there are some appointments in the morning as well. At 19:45 we close and sum up the day's work. We discuss our schedule once in a week.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
You will live together with other volunteers in a shared flat, with your own single bedroom. Furthermore, you will receive food- & pocket money as well as a ticket for public transportation in Leipzig. Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Conditions (short overview): • The volunteer has a mentor, who supports with regular feedback talks at the hosting organization • The weekly project time is 35 hours and weekends are free, as well as holidays such as Christmas, etc. • The volunteer has two holidays per month, which can be collected to take a longer time off (Some facilities have closing times and then some vacation must be taken then.) • There is a basic language course to support the volunteers in the beginning.
