Volunteering Hands for Nature brings together 10 young people (18–30) for a 3-week volunteering experience (+1 travel day) in the rural coastal area of Darëzezë, Fier, Albania. The project is designed for motivated young people, especially those facing challenging situations, who are eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to community life.
Volunteers will live together, explore the natural surroundings, and connect with the local community while taking part in hands-on activities such as beach and forest clean-ups, support to the traditional Wheat Festival, light restoration works, planting and harvesting, and simple wood/handicraft tasks.
Through this experience, participants will develop practical skills, strengthen teamwork, and build confidence and initiative, while enjoying life close to nature and the sea.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Participants will stay in a shared villa in the center of Darëzezë, within walking distance of the beach, forest, and local market. The villa offers shared rooms (2–3 beds), a common living area, kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry, and a courtyard. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.
Meals are prepared daily by on-site hosts, with vegetarian options and dietary needs accommodated.
Local transport includes a bus to Fier running several times daily. The project is alcohol-free.

Profil uczestnika
We are looking for 10 young people aged 18–30 who are motivated to take part in a hands-on volunteering experience and are open to living and working in a group setting. Participants should be interested in nature, community life, and practical outdoor activities.
This opportunity is especially open to young people facing challenging situations who are looking to gain new experiences, build confidence, and develop skills. No previous experience is required—only willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.
Participants should be ready to engage actively, respect shared living rules, and communicate in an international environment.
