We are looking 6 volunteer for project activities in community Vukovar. Volunteers will become part of our team under the ESC programme. Starting from 1.07.2026. - 09.08.2026- 40 days.Project include implementation activities:organizing thematic workshops; coordinating social and cultural events; conducting local research and exhibitions;providing information to young people;community actions, intercultural evenings;;carrying out dissemination and promotional activities through social media,online campaigns,interviews, articles, and video materials,working camps,clean-up and landscaping activities. The project aims to contribute to the empowerment and social inclusion of the local community by engaging volunteers in activities for children and young people in Vukovar. Through these actions, the project seeks to address unmet social needs and to foster the personal, educational, social, civic and professional development of both volunteers and local participants.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
FOOD-The volunteers will receive a monthly food allowance in the amount of 250.00 EUR and will be responsible for their own cooking and meal preparation.
POCKET MONEY Each month, the volunteer will receive pocket money in the amount set by the ESC programme – 10 EUR per day, which is approximately 300–310 EUR per month.
ACCOMMODATION Volunteers will be hosted in a house. The house has 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Volunteers will share rooms, with 2 people per room. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
Formação durante a atividade
Participate in at least 1 training session - onarrival. People will be selected as support to the volunteer: a) Mentor, who will give personal support to the volunteer, work on learning outcomes and additional support b) Supervisors of the activities in charge of keeping all things related to the tasks of the volunteer during the project c) Project manager - coordinator, responsible for administrative issues and overall project performance.
Perfil do participante
We generally look for volunteers who are dynamic, creative, communicative, sociable, patient, responsible, ready for teamwork and motivated to work with the target group, as well as willing to support our activities related to integration.
The volunteer needs to be a volunteer with fewer opportunities, such as social obstacles, educational difficulties, cultural differences, geographical obstacles, economic obstacles or health-related obstacles.
