Opis
The association “Eclat de Lire” is an organization that aims to develop and support the access to Youth Literature, the interest in books and to allow the largest public to have an access to reading. Eclat de Lire work specifically with public with lower access to books, reading and cultural activities.
The association has different missions:
Organize street libraries, reading clubs in schools, in retirement homes, in maternity wards
Organize a book festival
Host an illustrator in residence
With the support of the local network of volunteers and the 3 employees of Eclat de Lire, you will participate in :
Organization and animation of street libraries
Animation of reading clubs and workshops
Updating the website and social networks
Participation in the activities of the cultural center “Jean Giono” (local partner of Eclat de Lire)
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
Working hours
30 hours per week
From Monday until Friday with possibility to have activities during evenings or week-end (special events), with extra days-off
Accomodation
Shared flat (single room) with other volunteers close to the office and the city center
Allowance and advantages:
450 euros / month
Budget for the travel (and visa if needed)
Insurance (HENNER)
Zou card to travel in the region by train and bus with a 90% discount.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
Trainings:
2 seminars with the Erasmus + Agency
2 seminars with Hors Pistes
Monthly meetings with all the volunteers of the DLVAgglo and the department
French classes every week
Profil uczestnika
If you have an interest in literature, the world of NGOs, activities with various publics but especially kids, and would like to live in a small town, this is the mission for you !
No education or experience required
Basic level of french appreciated since the mission involves reading in french
