We expect the magic to unfold through your participation in the Education for Tomorrow project. Are you interested in non-formal education and the inclusion of children with fewer opportunities? Do you believe that every child deserves a chance to experience something different than the environment in which he grew up? You will be part of the process of building self-confidence in children, giving a sense of belonging to their community, which then contributes to the understanding that they do have a role in their community, that they do matter! Get ready to develop with us different projects aimed to strengthen our community from a cultural, social and linguistic perspective. Let us focus especially on the local area, by giving children the opportunity to learn how to care for plants, animals and forests in our community. Are you ready for this challenge?
Beitrag zu Unterbringung, Verpflegung und Reisekosten
Each volunteer will receive money for food (150 EUR) and pocket money (4 EUR/day), every month according to the European Solidarity Corps standards. For transportation in the city, the volunteers will have a public transportation card. Regarding transportation from the city to our location, we organise transportation for free for them.
Fortbildung im Rahmen der Tätigkeit
There will be training for risk-prevention and training for animation & child needs.
Teilnehmerprofil
Age between 18-30 Resident of an EU country. Motivation to learn Romanian language, in order to improve the relationship with the children. Good planning skills for the lessons and other education activities. Responsibility, patience and tolerance. We would like the volunteer to be flexible and creative, interested to contribute to a better life for children and to help them develop culturally, socially, emotionally, personally, intellectually
