L'Accoord is a popular education association in Nantes organising educational, social, and cultural activities. This volunteer position is based at the Maison de Quartier de l'Île — a community center whose opening is already underway, and which you will be part of bringing to life from the start!
Working closely with the team, the volunteer will actively contribute to activities with children and families, assist in communication campaigns, help create sociocultural and educational initiatives, run creative workshops, and share their own culture and mobility experience with young people. A good sense of contact and a genuine desire to engage with diverse audiences are essential.

Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
A housing is available for volunteers in shared accommodation. The other housemates will also be volunteers in another of the Accoord's cultural centres.
A food and pocket money allowance will be granted each month.
A public transport card for Nantes is also included.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
The volunteer will take part in the integration workshops organized by the Maison de l’Europe in Nantes, as well as two weeks of training organized by the National Agency (Erasmus+) covering intercultural communication, non-formal education, and European topics.
French classes for two months will also be provided.
Profil uczestnika
We are looking for an open-minded, people-oriented volunteer, comfortable engaging with children, teenagers, seniors and families alike.
The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills, at ease on social media, and eager to bring creative ideas to life through games, workshops and activities.
A genuine desire to connect with diverse audiences is essential.
An intermediate or advanced level of French is highly appreciated.
