Create, Learn, Inspire! Would you like to spend a meaningful year abroad, gain valuable experience, and become part of a welcoming local community? Join our kindergarten team and help create a fun, inspiring, and international environment for children! As a volunteer, you will become an active member of the kindergarten community. Every day will be different, giving you the opportunity to learn, create, and share your culture with others. You will: • Support teachers during educational and creative activities with children. • Organize and participate in games, sports, arts, theatre, music, dance, and outdoor activities. • Help organize international evenings, celebrations, performances, competitions, community events. • Create photos, videos, and social media content to share the kindergarten's daily life moments. This project is a great opportunity to improve your communication skills, gain experience working with children and grow both personally and professionally.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
You will live in a student dormitory and have your own private room. Food arrangements are flexible. The kindergarten can provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while additional food allowance will be provided for evenings and free days. You can choose whether to eat in the canteen, cook for yourself, or explore local cafés and restaurants. If needed, a monthly public transport ticket will be provided.
Formação durante a atividade
Throughout your ESC project, you will receive continuous support and training: • Pre-departure training before arriving. • On-arrival training in Lithuania. • Mid-term evaluation and training. • Follow-up activities after completing the project. You will also receive support from your mentor, hosting organization, and sending organization during the entire volunteering experience.

Who are we looking for? You do not need previous experience with children. What matters most is your motivation and willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who: • Enjoys spending time with children. • Is open-minded, patient, and positive. • Is willing to learn and try new things. • Likes working in a team and sharing ideas. • Is interested in different cultures and international experiences. • Wants to contribute to the local community and make a positive impact.
