At the non-profit kindergarten "Žilvitis", we believe that every child is unique, curious, and full of potential. Our inclusive educational approach celebrates diversity and creates a welcoming environment where children from different social, cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds can learn, play, and grow together. Through play-based learning, STEAM exploration, creativity, drama, and hands-on experiences, we encourage children to discover the world, express themselves, and build confidence from an early age.
Tasks:
🔹 Support teachers in organizing activities for children aged 1.5–7.
🔹 Bring STEAM activities and creative ideas to life.
🔹 Play educational games and take part in everyday learning adventures.
🔹 Share your language and culture through fun activities, songs, and stories.
🔹 Introduce children to basic digital and IT activities.
🔹 Help create inspiring and engaging learning spaces.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
What we offer:
🏠 A private room in a shared flat with other international volunteers.
🚌 A public transport card for local travel.
💶 Monthly food and pocket money (approximately 250 EUR).
🍎 Additional support with food products, if needed.
Szkolenie w trakcie działania
*Monthly meetings with other volunteers.
* Monthly meetings with your mentor for guidance and support.
* On-arrival and mid-term training provided by the programme.
* Online language learning opportunities.
* Participation in public solidarity events and community initiatives.
* Involvement in organizing information and promotional events about solidarity and volunteering.
Profil uczestnika
Is open-minded, curious, and excited to work with young children (1.5–7 years old).
Enjoys learning new things, stepping out of their comfort zone, and taking on new challenges.
Is patient, responsible, and motivated to support children's everyday learning and development.
Loves playing, creating, and exploring together with children.
Is eager to inspire young minds and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to share their ideas, culture, and experiences.
