Join our European Solidarity Corps volunteering project in Portimão, Portugal. Volunteers will support youth activities, non-formal education, intercultural learning, social inclusion initiatives and environmental awareness campaigns. Participants will organize workshops, language activities, cultural events, recycling workshops and Erasmus+ promotion activities while developing their personal and professional competences. Volunteers will work together with local communities and international participants in a multicultural environment, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, communication and active citizenship. Accommodation, food allowance, local transport, insurance and pocket money will be provided according to ESC Programme rules.
Comparticipação nas despesas de alojamento, alimentação e transporte
Volunteers will be accommodated in shared apartments in Portimão, Portugal, with shared rooms and private bathroom facilities. International travel will be arranged according to ESC rules. Local transport related to project activities will be covered by the hosting organisation. Volunteers will receive a food allowance of €180 per month and pocket money of €6 per day. All participants will be covered by Henner insurance.

Perfil do participante
We are looking for motivated young people aged 18–30 who are interested in volunteering, youth work and intercultural learning. Participants should be open-minded, responsible, willing to work in an international team and eager to contribute to local community activities. Basic English communication skills are required. Previous volunteering experience is an asset but not mandatory. Volunteers should be interested in non-formal education, cultural exchange, social inclusion, environmental awareness and active citizenship. They should be willing to learn new skills, share their own culture and actively participate throughout the entire project.
