Palma Nana Soc Coop is searching 3 participants to collaborate with CISS, a partner organization, on a 5 months social project in Palermo, Sicily. CISS – Cooperazione Internazionale Sud Sud is a non-governmental organization based in Palermo and has been active in the Global South since 1985. CISS operates in various regions around the world,their mission focuses on promoting human rights and fundamental freedoms, aiming for real, lasting, and human-centered change based on the needs of local communities. CISS projects are dedicated to supporting women, migrants, and local communities, protecting children, reducing school dropout rates, ensuring service accessibility, and fostering youth participation. The volunteers selected for this project will assist in managing various activities implemented by CISS, according to their skills and expertise: supports with children activities, with cultural events and fundraising, assist during E+ exchanges and advocacy initiatives, proj managment.
Zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i transport
CISS will host you in a single room in their apartment located in via Marconi n. 2A. It's just a flight of stairs distance from their main office! Thanks to the food vouchers provided by the organization you will be able to eat according to your customs and taste. You will also be given pocket money and a train card that will allow you to move around in the city.

Profil uczestnika
- Motivated and opened volunteeer, interested in social challenges - italian and/or french basic knowledge are appreciated but not mandatory - We favor people who easily adapt to all type of challenges and are willing to share and put into use their skills and competences
